The Office Assistant Level 1 Certificate prepares students to carry out administrative and general office functions required in assistant or executive assistant positions. Students will learn to coordinate, expedite, and facilitate office operations by implementing specific use of selected word processing, spreadsheet, and database software. This certificate applies towards the Administrative Assistant Specialization Associate of Applied Science degree should you wish to continue your education.
