The Child Care and Development Department prepares students for employment as classroom assistants, teachers, directors, and child advocates in early care and education programs. A variety of award plan options are available including CDA Training, Certificates, and an Associate of Applied Science Degree. The course of study includes field experiences observing and working with young children in early education settings.
